We are seeking experienced and energetic Care Providers/Caregivers to join our growing team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, reliable, trustworthy, and creative. If you have a passion for families and keeping children safe and engaged, we want to hear from you! Please note, Families have their own personal preferences and job duties, these are MCPC general and preferred qualifications. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate

• Supervise a daily or weekly schedule

• Provide basic care and caregiving activities

• Ensure Child Safety, Engage With Children

• Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities, sleep schedules, etc.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a daycare teacher, childcare provider or babysitter

• Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred

• Strong understanding of child development

• Patient, kind, and nurturing

• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

• First Aid/CPR certified

• Background Check Approved

• Driver’s License
